For the past two years, my daughter, Morgan, has been very active in her middle school's Technology Student Association (TSA) chapter. Last year, she made it through the regional conference to compete at the state level. This year, she made it past regionals and states to qualify for the national conference. She really wants to go to nationals. However, nationals is in Dallas this year. (We live near Philadelphia.) So we are trying to raise the funds to get her there.

For those of you that don't know what the TSA is, it is an organization that allows middle and high school students to have hands-on experience with various STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) programs. In her two years with the TSA, Morgan has built bridges, solar-powered model cars, gliders, and a mobile display of her school. (That last one is so the parents can't get lost on Back To School night.) She has also written research papers on how to eliminate smog and the best ways to conserve water in new houses. And this is only two years! Imagine what she will be able to do when she reaches high school!

If you can donate, that would be awesome. If you can't donate, I would appreciate it if you could share the link around. The more people that see it, the more chances we have of making this happen. Thank you :)

I donated $20. Sorry it couldn't be more! If she makes it, be sure to post back and say how she did!

Thank you so much! I will definitely make sure to post about how she did. (Especially if she beats the pants off the boys ^_^ )
